Since 1977.
What is your primary product or service?
We teach people how to think through complex issues processing both judgments and information. We offer both in-person and online self-paced training. Tools include: concern analysis, problem solving, decision making, planning and root cause analysis.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My educational background is in both education and engineering. My work with installing a management assessment center drew me to these critical thinking skills as essential core skills for leaders and teams.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Case studies tailored by industry (e.g. utility, pharma, automotive, financial, banking, petroleum, insurance), Job aids, immediate documented results, ease of learning and practical to use.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our workshops are delivered by our instructor/consultants and independent consultants who service customers at their locations.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our website accepts credit cards for the online training and consulting. Other services are billed through a customer's purchase order process.

Primarily USA with occasional work in the UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Japan and the Netherlands.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Headquarters is in Naples, Florida. Lawrence Padlo manages the administrative function from there. Our R & D Office is in La Jolla, California. Richard Wells is in charge of product development and customization. Lainy Wells is the head of consulting services and the train-the-trainer function.
