How long have you been in business?
CleanTech Energy Solutions Inc. (CTES) grew out of "Horizon Solar Systems" in San Marcos (since 1984), which was closed down in 2007 due to the passing of the principal owners. We incorporated in 2007 and continued business in February 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in all things solar: Photovoltaics, solar water heating and solar pool heating - new systems, system upgrades, repairs and maintenance, re-roofs, system assessment before/after real estate transaction. We work with Homeowners, Roofing Contractors, HOAs & Property Trusts and other Commercial Properties.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
CTES is a small local contractor - not a selling machine. Our principals are involved in every transaction! Our installers are dedicated, conscientious and take pride in their work. In most cases solar sells itself - no pushy sales tactics needed! We will present the results of our solar analysis to the buyer in a transparent and digestible format. We believe in the importance of consultation and educating the buyer! We have a BBB A+ rating and our customer reviews can be found on our website or just 'google' us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Oceanside. At this time, our warehouse is not staffed. Should you be looking for a part to do your own repair, call our office and we will be happy to assist.
