I took my Gold chain in to get a estimate on how much it would cost to get my clasp fixed. So the jeweler (H Tim Williams) looked at my Gold Chain and seen the clasp was broken and never did he ask If he could take it in the back where he took it.. I could not see what he was doing with my necklace and with in less then 5 minutes he came back out with the Gold chain. I was interested in buying a gold chain from him and I looked at three different gold chains but a bit pricey . So then I asked how much to clean my diamond ring. He again took it in the back and I don't know what he put it in because I could not see in the back. He then offered a lower price for one of the gold chains and I told him I would think about it. He went back and got my Ring and when I asked him how much he said nothing.. I thanked him and I was happy to have my Gold Chain fixed .. Little did I know that he had given me a cheaper gold chain back instead of my original gold chain. I did not notice it until I got home and put my diamond cross on it that the Gold chain that he gave me was longer and was a different weight and color.. I had taken pictures of my Gold Chain before I went to his jewelry shop and I have pictures of the one he gave me and they are totally different. I had to go out of town on a emergency so I called him on Thursday and left him a message that I would be there on Friday morning when he opens.. So he already new to make changes to make it look like I was lying. When I walked in there was a woman at the counter and I asked to speak with Mr. Williams and he said he got my message and that I was totally wrong .. I showed him pictures of my Gold Chain and of the one he gave me and when I told him that there was no way for me to see what he was doing with my Gold chain he showed me a window with a light on and said that he always has that light on.. I could not see one thing on that wall the day I went into his shop.. So he basically was calling me a liar.. So I told him I was calling the cops that's when he said good go call the cops and I'm done talking to you so get out of my store.. As I walked out he called me a liar and a thief.. It's really unbelievable that you try and trust a local jeweler that has a reputable reputation and yet they can get away with stealing from you. Please beware of this Jeweler ..
