How long have you been in business?
My company has been in business for 10+ years. However, I have 28 years experience with termites. We have an Awesome in house repair crew too!
What is your primary product or service?
Local treatments with TERMIDOR HE for Drywood Termites and Subterranean Termites. We also do termite/dryrot damage repair. We do preventative and pre-treatments. We do fumigation bids and scheduling.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked as a Carpenter for the longest time. Started doing Termite Repairs, and progressed from there into inspecting. When the market took a dive I realized if I wanted a Job in this industry, I would have to start my owner company. It was difficult but I managed to make it through the ruff times and come out ahead. When the company I was working for fired me it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
"GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE" Lots of experience with honesty, integrity, and low prices. We really do care about helping our customers. Fumewatch Camera Systems that we put in our Scheduled fumigation's for a small additional fee.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location however we service all of San Diego County, parts of Riverside County.
