How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been providing property consulting and various levels of inspection for over 25 years. My mother in-law was a Realtor in Orange County and later in San Diego and Riverside. She got me started with property consulting because she needed help for clients that wanted more technical evaluations than a typical home inspector would provide. My interest, exposure, and experience in the inspection field grew from that relationship.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am the owner and personaly perform and/or supervise the inspections. One size doesn't fit all so I have different levels of service designed to meet a wide range of clients from the client looking for the best price on a basic inspection to the client that wants the most detailed and thorough technical investigation available. I am certified by InterNACHI and also a licensed contractor with over 30 years of experience in the building trades
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and plan to continue offering personal service so I have no plan to expand

Legacy Inspection is a division of Legacy Contractors Inc which is a family held corporation. Terry Jones is the majority shareholder and son David Jones is the minority shareholder

7am to 7pm Monday Thru Saturday. Sunday afternoons as needed.
