Philippe Heller started the company 10 years ago after a really poor home inspection on his own house. He applied his background in technology to build an innovative, industry-leading company. After working for SDG&E, GE Power Systems, Cox Communications and Time Warner Communications, you learn a lot about technology, quality, and customer service. These traits are passed on to all of the employees in the company. After 10 years as an established home inspection company in San Diego, the company is expanding to the Temecula area. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer unique inspection services such as verbal walk through inspections at a reduced rate for home sellers and investors. We also have more inspectors than other companies so we can send multiple inspectors to large properties to get the job done efficiently.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but we are expanding to serve Temecula, Murrieta and San Clemente.
