I studied as an electrical engineer then moved into plumbing. I used to work in plumbing myself for 12 years, and I thought I'd give my shot at starting my own plumbing company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus primarily on emergency out-calls vs. more on-going plumbing jobs. Our site is set up so that customers call and get an immediate response.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just 1 for now. Maybe in the future.
