Working for my Dad's development company in the early 1980's.

A thorough understanding of distressed real estate and distressed real estate markets. Also, extreme attention to customer service!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Used to have 8 offices in California, Oregon and Michigan; now just three offices: San Diego, CA; Portland, OR; Ann Arbor, MI. Expansion plans are in place for our newest business brand: Luv San Diego Surf.com! These are premiere pet friendly boutique vacation beach rentals; plan to expand to other California beach communities as well.
